This 60 minute webinar will increase your awareness of refugee resettlement on a global, national, and local scale. 

By the end of the webinar, you will:

  • demonstrate an understanding of terminology related to refugees 
  • identify refugee pathways to Canada
  • demonstrate an understanding of the refugee settlement process in Calgary

Presenter: Bindu Narula
Bindu Narula works at the Calgary Catholic Immigration Society. Bindu has held numerous positions at CCIS, the most recent being Issues Strategist. Her previous positions include Coordinator of Special Projects and Coordinator of Resettlement and Integration Services. She is a previous member of the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada in the Calgary Regional Office.
