The Intercultural Centre invites you to engage with Intercultural Week (IC Week). This year’s events take place from Monday, March 19 to Friday, March 23. 

This year’s theme revolves around the concept of broadening the scope of our lens. How can we as global citizens increase our sensitivity and awareness of others? As we understand our interdependence on an individual and community level, we can begin to conceptualize how another's concerns and needs are as necessary to support as our own. IC Week 2018 aims to support participants in this journey, through activities that reflect the values, attitudes, and behaviours of competent global citizenship. This year's events include:

Monday, March 19 
Musical performers

Tuesday, March 20 
Keep it Real: A Human Sized Board Game Experience

  • Time: 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm
  • Location: Intercultural Centre (N322)
  • Registration required

Wednesday, March 21
Understanding Intergenerational Trauma within Indigenous Communities, with Tim Fox     
        

  • Time: 12:30 pm – 2:00 pm
  • Location: S2009
  • Registration required

Thursday, March 22
Innovative Accommodation: Exploring the Value of Inclusively Designed Workplaces

  • Time: 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm
  • Location: Intercultural Centre (N322)
  • Registration required

Friday, March 23
Inside Out Photography Project Display

  • Time:  12:00 pm – 1:30 pm
  • Location: South Campus Atrium
